Easy Twist Balloons

Does anyone have creative ideas for a birthday party theme Outback?

My son turning three next month and we are pulling him an Outback theme birthday party! However, I am having some difficulty reaching creativity and fresh ideas. So far I have someone coming to do a show animals with small animals in the Outback, I am making a birthday cake in the shape of a crocodile, and their invitations have a koala and eucalyptus in the front. (I am album invitations cuts) I think I'm going to a good start, but now I'm at a road block. I'm not sure what to write in the invitations (in addition to the obvious and Khakis optional) I do not really want to have balloons and pieces focus on the tables so I'm not quite sure what to do that and what should I use for party favors? Safari hats, scarves, boomerangs, or binoculars? Please help and thanks in advance!

The store policy against parental responsibility?

I was in a super-grocery store in one day to take in promoting Store. There were tastings, treats, games shop, etc right to enter the shop, the table was with balloon animals and a man was doing for all children, hats, etc. My 18 month loves balloon "blessings", so I waited in line and got him in a twist, one in a row. He a great time waving and bonking me and my stepmother. Then as we were checking out, the balloon man ran over and asked me how old my son. I told to 18 months. Without a word, threw the ball from the hand of my son! When asked what was happening, he said of his shoulder (while twisting balloon for the same DIFFERENT KID), "Children under 2 years are not allowed to have these." Fortunately, we were leaving, but my child was still pointing and saying "Boon, gift aid." Is not it the parents to decide what is safe for their children and what is not? When strangers get the right to tell me I can not give my child?

Your poor son! He had no right to do so, if there is a minimum age requirement that was supposed to be next, it was something that should have asked about before giving him the ball. I make a complaint the next time I go there, especially if you are a regular customer. He could be a need to pull into place, or may need training on how to properly do their job.
