Easy Twist Balloons

Help with planning my party?

My birthday is in a couple of weeks and I'm planning to have a glow in the dark theme. There will be approximately 7-9 girls attending (all ages 13). Now I have the basics: Glow Sticks, glow bracelets, glow necklaces, glow paint (though I'm not sure I will do with it ….) and shine throw the ball party favors. I usually have some years past craftsmen had to "design their own" bags hacky and rubber ducks, but how I can put a light in the dark spin on my activities? This brings me to another problem, all they have an activity, is to paint a balloon glow in the dark paint and try to keep in the air, while everyone is in the dark. Does anyone have any ideas for games that I can use? Some crafts are welcome too. Also, does anyone have creative ideas for invitations? And finally, a good movie to see?
