Stage Magic Illusions

I want to know if anyone knows how to do the trick of dropping the magic head?
They sent me a video of a segment of the Japanese TV show last year that still has me scratching my head. This lady came out at this stage and stood in front of the audience. In the blink of an eye, his head appeared to drop from his shoulders to the hands that rocked her waist. Then appeared to put your head on your shoulders. I saw the same trick on TV this guy with a leather jacket on a bus. He was coughing and hacking. He went to the front of the bus and turned to face the other passengers. He then proceeded to cough once again making his head fall into his hands down craddle to the shock and horror of passengers. Then he appeared to lift the head back over their shoulders and walked on foot from the bus. I'm not looking for any guesses about how this trick works, I want concrete answers from the people they know about magic tricks and illusions.
Here is a video of someone doing: http://www.metacafe.com/watch/102993/head_drop_routine/ This is accomplished by having an integrated framework to support him in his jacket. The person quickly bends down and the frame has the jacket in place. By raising his hands to his head as lean, it seems as if are reaching their head down.
