The trick you mean, "Electric Touch", you can not recreate w / o the trick. The trick allows you to shock people and objects (making confetti jump, etc) in the command. You can turn the trick, click your heels together. If you follow these other directions (scooting along the ground and moving back and forth in his chair) will not impress many people because they will know what you're doing before even the opportunity to execute the trick.
