I've seen tons of videos and say: Oh, it's easy and oh …. film alone and turns and I did very well, but it will fly or fall down after the tour as a second. I was wondering if you could tell me how to get to stay in the air in front of you and keep spinning and then catch it. Also good videos explaining it would also be helpful. Thank you very much.
