Balloon Twisting Pump
How can I easily blow up a balloon without a pump?
I recently bought my first set of balloons to practice making animals and such. The package says they're for twisting and shaping, but for some reason they won't inflate.
You can't. Just get a pump. They are hard enough to inflate with lung power, and the kiddies will laugh at how red your face will turn when attempting to do so in this manner. Search on line. You will find a battery powered pump that is worn on your belt.
