Balloon Twisting Parties
Which is the best of these two choices?
I'm learning to twist balloons for my child's birthday party. I'm new at it so I'm wondering: should I twist all of them ahead of time then have the kids pick one? Or is it better to twist it right then & there? I always enjoy watching the clowns do it. What do you think? Thanks,
Right there and then. Kids like watching you make them. It adds to the fun! 
But you said you're just learning, so maybe make a few ahead of time for practice, and if something goes wrong you have some to give!
