Balloon Twisting Cat
Is it okay to use dollor store balloons?
I have long balloons to make dog and cats and etc. But i'm running out so i want to buy the ones at the dollor store but i don't know if there good to use? For twisting i'm afraid they are not the twisting kind that u can twist into dogs. Is it good?
Your best bet would be to go to a party store where they have all kinds of balloons and party favors.Dollar store balloons are just regular ones and would'nt be worth the dollar you spend on them.
