Any ideas for a raffle with a twist?
Hi, We are currently organising a high profile Charity ball for a local hospice, Strictly Dine & Dance, with 10 local celebs taking part in a dance competition. We have some amazing raffle prizes, does anyone have any slightly different ideas rather than just selling raffle tickets, faffy & time consuming? (We are already doing a silent auction). One suggestion was putting raffle tickets into helium balloons which they then have to burst to find out if they have won - I just worry that this limits the amount of tickets sold. The problem is we are restricted with time & volunteers and doing something like that would free up more time... any suggestions gratefully received!!
our local hotel puts raffle tickets under the coffee cups on the dinner table and everyone pays £2 at the door on the way in. Obviously with them all being in a row, its dead easy to pick out where the ones are that people don't pay for, and VERY few people don't pay them the compare calls out however many numbers from a hat.
