Destructive/stress relief art project ideas?
I've been really stressed and I'm looking for a destructive art project to take it out on.
It should be like filling balloons with paint and and throwing them at a canvas, but I don't have the space available for something like that. I want something I can take my stress out on while still being somewhat productive. Ideas?
you could take a canvas to a wild area art outside is usually very physical especially if it starts to rain and you get weird effects- One good idea is to make yourself a couple of brushes tied to sticks and stand up with a large canvas and get physical - clay is also good for that sort of work as it takes a lot of physical labour to produce a largish piece also nature works do something in nature with heaving big stones around.
