History of Walt Disney Magic Kingdom
The Walt Disney Company began construction in the Magic Kingdom and the complex in 1967 after the death of Walt Disney. The park itself was initially built similar to the existing Disneyland in California, however, the Magic Kingdom was built on a larger area. Design Magic Kingdom
The Magic Kingdom was built on a series of tunnels, Utilidors call a portmanteau of utility and corridor. With these tunnels members were able to move outside the park guests and not ruin the magic of the show. Due the amount of water to Florida, the tunnels could not be left underground, so that were built in the existing grade. This means that the park is built in the second floor, and gives the Magic Kingdom an elevation of 107 feet. The area around was filled with earth removed from the Seven Seas Lagoon is being built at the same time. Tunnels are only in areas that were built in the initial construction and not extended with additions to the park. The tunnels are mostly found in the Magic Kingdom, due to financial constraints, but they were not intended to be used in all the following theme parks Walt Disney World. Epcot Future World and Pleasure Island each have a smaller network of utilidors.
Opening Day of the Walt Disney Magic Kingdom
The Magic Kingdom opened as the first part of Walt Project Florida Disney planned on 01 October 1971. It was the only theme park in the town at the time. The park opened with twenty three attractions, three Unique to the park and twenty copies of attractions at Disneyland. The attractions are divided into six themed lands, five copies of Disneyland and the only square of Liberty.

The tickets, travel and ride in Magic Kingdom
Because the Magic Kingdom is only a mile from their parking lot, customers are taken by tram parking at the Transportation and Ticket Center. This facility, as its name implies, sells tickets to the parks and provides transportation connections throughout the resort complex. It also has a small gift shop, pet cage boarding Magic Kingdom, and the center of the installation of lost property office of the four theme parks.
To get to the Magic Kingdom, visiting guests can choose from the monorail and the Staten Island ferry style. Epcot is accessible by a spur monorail line that was added to the park was opened in 1982. Buses take guests to other major destinations within the complex, including Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom.
